If you hold or are thinking of applying for an FAA issued certificate, rating or authorization, and you don’t live in the United States, starting 2025 you MUST have a US address “Subpart C Designated U.S. Agents for Service”.
The FAA will send all letters to your U.S. agent for service ONLY starting January 6, 2025.
As your designated U.S. agent for service we will receive all communications from the FAA to you.
As soon as we receive a letter for you, your FAA agent for service will email you a digital copy. Whatever country you are on earth you will receive it without delays.
Our services are for individuals who hold an overseas aircraft registration, pilot, cabin crew, maintenance, medical, or drone certificate (license). The FAA has decided that these holders must appoint a u.s. agent for service through whom all communications from the FAA will be sent.
